Project Summary

Thompson Suskind’s first project in the Martis Camp Development. We partnered with John Maniscalco Architecture to develop a pure modern home nestled into the hillside of Truckee, California. The project was sold mid-construction, and Thompson Suskind worked closely with the buyers to further customize the interior finishes. The home showcases our ability to execute board form concrete and metal paneling as an exterior finish.
