“Thompson Suskind told us what they were going to do, and they did it. They came in on budget, and on time, and the workmanship was top-notch. And when we encountered speed bumps, they handled them perfectly and solved every problem.”
“We sold our condo a month ago and it paid off in spades. I know that when I recommend Thompson Suskind to someone else, they’re going to do a great job.”

Webster Street, San Francisco
Designed by John Maniscalco Architecture, 2350 Broadway was expanded by excavating a new basement level that consists of an in-ground pool, exercise area, sauna and full bath with a steam shower. The main level was reframed to open the Living/Dining area to an open span of 30’ by 30’ which opens to a Kitchen clad almost entirely in Calacatta Oro marble. The main stair, which won a Merit Award by the American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter, incorporates a three story wood fin screen, glass catwalks and a five story elevator. The home now boasts six full bed/bath suites and has a total of seven full baths and two half baths.
