“Thompson Suskind did a fabulous job. When we put our house on the market, all the real estate agents and potential buyers – even the contractors and architects who came through our home – were completely impressed with the quality of work.”
“Before we began our project, we heard horrible stories about how contractors are never around, how they build outside of the drawings, etc. But we didn’t have any of that. Everything was better than we had imagined. Derek is such a personable guy, it makes it very easy to work with him. He was always around, and he was always available.”
“I’ve already recommended Thompson Suskind to three or four other parties. We expected it to be more difficult than it was. It wasn’t difficult at all.”
Webster Street, San Francisco
Designed by John Maniscalco Architecture, 2350 Broadway was expanded by excavating a new basement level that consists of an in-ground pool, exercise area, sauna and full bath with a steam shower. The main level was reframed to open the Living/Dining area to an open span of 30’ by 30’ which opens to a Kitchen clad almost entirely in Calacatta Oro marble. The main stair, which won a Merit Award by the American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter, incorporates a three story wood fin screen, glass catwalks and a five story elevator. The home now boasts six full bed/bath suites and has a total of seven full baths and two half baths.
