“Thompson Suskind is great to work with. They’ve done two large projects for us, and the clients are all very happy — not just with the quality of work, but also with how they manage clients. Their level of communication is extremely high and they create a good team climate on the job.”
“Everything is clearly detailed in their bids and their meeting agendas. They believe in running a really tight ship, and they keep everybody actively involved and up to speed on everything. That builds a strong level of trust.”

This unique Laurel Heights home underwent a much needed overhaul of systems, structure and all finishes. Positioned between 7 abutting lots, this keyed lot configuration created many challenges for our team. The result is a beautiful 5000 square foot home with traditional touches throughout and light pouring in from all sides. We worked with the architect to come up with a suitable series of fire rated glazing along the property line wall that captures fantastic views all along the north elevation. The preexisting unfinished basement was transformed into a comfortable two car garage along with a full guest suite, laundry room and access to the private garden. Thompson Suskind assisted with all phases of the acquisition, design and sale of the home.
