Project Summary

We are very proud of this new addition to the list of Troon Pacific projects Thompson Suskind has completed. With views of the San Francisco Bay from all levels, we worked to capture indoor and outdoor luxury living throughout. The rear garden level includes a lap pool and outdoor dining area seamlessly connected to the interior entertainment space complete with a bar, wine cellar and spa bathroom. Each level has fully retractable custom bi fold door that makes entertaining large groups a must. Throughout the home there are built in IPad stations where the owners and their guests can control systems ranging from music to lighting as well as climate and surveillance via the Savant based home automation unit. The finishes combine contemporary style with traditional craftsmanship including a main staircase made of fully cantilevered block treads and glass walls floating from floor to floor. Once again achieving LEED Platinum, this home is built for generations to come and sets the standard of durability.
