Project Summary

Designed by John Maniscalco Architecture, 2350 Broadway was expanded by excavating a new basement level that consists of an in-ground pool, exercise area, sauna and full bath with a steam shower. The main level was reframed to open the Living/Dining area to an open span of 30’ by 30’ which opens to a Kitchen clad almost entirely in Calacatta Oro marble. The main stair, which won a Merit Award by the American Institute of Architects, San Francisco Chapter, incorporates a three story wood fin screen, glass catwalks and a five story elevator. The home now boasts six full bed/bath suites and has a total of seven full baths and two half baths.
